State of Texas Inspections
Did you know that inflatable companies, like Elite Inflatables, have to abide by the Texas State Law and be inspected on a yearly basis?! Most people do not. The Texas Department of Insurance requires that inflatable companies receive annual inspections on all of their units, as well as carry insurance.
There are several individuals and companies that do not abide by these rules because of the cost and time that goes into it. These people and companies are running their business illegally and are usually much cheaper. Please do not place your child's safety at risk by renting a 'cheap inflatable'. Understand that these inspections are all about your safety. The state inspector analyzes every part of our inflatables and then sends the report to the state. We are then listed as a compliant company and our approved inventory is listed individually. Not only does the state inspect these units yearly, but we inspect them before and after each rental.
Elite Inflatables complies with the state law and understands the importance of these costly steps in running a safe business. We want to give you peace mind knowing that your children, family and friends are safe with us.
Insurance
Elite Inflatables carries an insurance policy to protect our clients in case of an accident. Texas does require all inflatable companies to carry liability insurance for the protection of their customers.
Again, there are may companies that operate illegally and do not carry the mandatory insurance. A company that does not operate lawfully may be cheaper, but their quality and your safety may be compromised. Do not put the safety of your children, family and friends in the hands of a company that can't follow basic guidelines and laws.
Our insurance carrier is the Oliver Van Dyke Insurance Agency
