FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: Does the price listed include delivery, setup and tear down?
A: Yes our delivered pricing does, although additional fees may apply for areas farther out. Remember prices do not include sales tax.
Q: Do you deliver to multiple cities?
A: Yes. We have a large service area. Some areas around our business address do not have travel or delivery fees. Other cities that are further away, do have minor travel fees added. When you put an item in cart and select your date and times, you will be prompted to add your city. This will let you know if there is an additional fee.
Q: When do you set up?
A: That answer depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally we arrive between 8am and 12 noon. We will guarantee your rental to be there by the start time you have selected when you place your order. Please note that our rentals are for overnight. If your rental is for a city event, school function or church activity, please let us know so we can ensure we pick up the unit the same day, at the appropriate time.
Q: Do you clean your units?
A: YES YES YES! The unit should be clean when you get it. Elite Inflatables cleans and disinfects after every rental. We clean our units, games, table/chairs with cleaners that are CDC approved. When we get the unit back, we start by vacuuming all debris out before wiping it with the CDC approved cleaner and sanitizer that kills 99.9% of germs. Customer safety and confidence is our priority!
Q: What if we do not have an outlet where we want to use the unit?
A: If you want to set up in an area without electricity available, you must rent a generator. We rent generators at a reasonable cost.
Q: What if we need to cancel our rental?
A: You can change your party rental to a different date, but otherwise, deposits are non-refundable and will not be refunded. We will give you a raincheck that is good for one year. If you decide to pay the entire amount, you can either get a refund for the amount minus the deposit, or your an choose the raincheck in which 100% of the amount will be honored.
Q: What type of payments do you take?
A: Credit card via online booking. Otherwise, we accept cash, Venmo, Zelle and Cash App. If choosing to pay cash upon delivery, please have the exact amount. Our drivers do not carry change.
Q: Rain Policy
A. In the event of rain Elite Inflatable's policy is that a customer can cancel the delivery with no charge. (deposits are held for one year and can be used on future rentals. If the customer elects to accept the unit(s) they understand that there is no refund . If it does rain the units are still usable. In light rain or showers, most of our units are covered and it's fine for kids to jump. If the rain becomes heavy, have the kids exit the unit and go inside and wait for the rain to quit. The units will accumulate water (it will bubble at the seams, this is normal) so have an adult or teen go inside the unit with a towel and dry out the unit. It is then ready for use again. Please leave units inflated until the driver arrives to pick up.
Q: What about the wind?
A: It is advised to deflate all units if wind reaches >20mph. If there is concern regarding wind during your event, please contact us. If it appears that the unit needs to be staked down more due to the wind, please do not hesitate to reach out.
